Emergency Lateral Release Pattern 3-C
The knot grants breath; the gate still demands a stamp
Pattern 3-C turns a crowd sideways before the gate turns it into casualties. Standardised in A.S. 118, Ravel's mercy preserves breath without granting passage.
Codex Ref. XIII.1.118-003

Unratified patron of Checkpoint Queue-Marshals, Ravel saved a starving lane with one knot; the Bureau kept the procedure and mislaid the man.
