Bureau Circular 88-D
The appointed ear, and the reason Doctrine has not supplied
The Creed enters the right ear; the left remains doctrinally vulnerable. Circular 88-D specifies the side, withholds the reason, and leaves the bedside to manage exceptions.
Codex Ref. XIII.1.88-004
Field Quieters
The ledger records; the corridor decides
An A.S. 201 survey of the Field Quieters, an internal Bone-Stamper tendency whose maxim is that truth is what doesn't spread. They preserve Vellum's forbidden account; the corridor remains their argument against paper authority.
Codex Ref. XII.37.03-001
Ritual Bone-Stamper
Unsealed is unbound; the stamp is mercy; the stamper is what mercy costs
The Bureau of Records calls them Ossuary Authentication Wardens. The stampers call themselves tired. They have sealed the night-shift dead since A.S.
Codex Ref. XII.37.01-001
